The program has attained enormous success, including two appearances in the State Tournament as well as winning numerous District and Regional Championships.  Bison soccer players, along with Coach Morand himself, have been the recipients of numerous individual awards for All-District, All-Region, All-County, All-State and Coach of the Year since the program's inception.

Previously, Coach Morand was the head coach for Bowling Green High School (KY). Coach Morand started that program in 1986 and remained their head coach until 1997, taking teams to the State Finals in 1995 and 1996.

Coach Morand began his career in Louisville, KY. in 1977, coaching youth soccer, club soccer and directing soccer camps for the YMCA.
